SHIPPPING

General Shipping:

It is our solely discretion to choose and use carriers (FEDEX. UPS. CANADA POST, PUROLATOR etc) based on your location; In some case, if client insist use certain carrier, we will try our best to use what you asked, but this is not guaranteed.

1. Same day shipping:
Orders before 2:00pm will be shipped out at the same day by ground shipping unless you choose expediated shipping with us.
2. Orders after our cut-off time will be shipped out next business day.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Usually ground shipping will be delivered by 7:00pm on delivery day, for details, please check with our carriers's website with your tracking number.

If you order expedited shipping service, your order will be delivered for the service you paid.

Ground Shipping & Expedited Shipping:
Ground shipping - Not a guarantee delivery time shipping.
In general, all carriers have their delivery time schedule based on your location for their ground shipping service, but non of them guarantee delivery time for ground shipping.

For example, Most of Ontario and Quebec's orders will be delivered next day according to our carrier's delivery time schedule, but it doesn't mean that you guarantee receive your order next day. There are many reasons can cause the shipping delays, please be aware of this when you prepare your next project to your client.

As the matter of facts, most of carriers maintain their ground shipping on-time rate about 99.95%. But if one of your order is delayed, please understand that this is the general risk of ground shipping service (cheapest shipping cost). Please also understand that ground shipping delay is totally out of our control.

If you need guarantee delivery for your time-critical order, please contact us at 905-608-2680 for expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping - guarantee delivery time shipping.
If you need your order to be received in certain day, such as overnight, two days, or three days, please choose expedited/express shipping.

The expediated shipping will guarantee you receive your order for the expedited service you paid. If our carrier by any reasons does not meet the delivery deadline, you are qualify for full refund of your shipping cost.

RETURN POLICIES


No return and exchange items/products:
The following items /products are not returnable, sales are final.
1. Software products.
2. Parts and accessories.
3. Consumable products, such as sign vinyl, t-shirt vinyl etc.
4. Printing services.
5. Any type of service related fee / charge.
6. Any custom order other than stand product or package.

Damage claims or shipping errors claims:
1. Please make claim within 5 days of delivery.
2. No claims will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
3. For shipping error claims, please make sure the items is not used.

Return Policies for Equipment Purchases
1. Within 14 days after you placed order with us
2. Return package must be in original package boxes, and with all the original accessories, and in like-new re-sale condition. Non-original package return will be refused.
4. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any return.
5. Customer will be responsible for shipping the return package to us.
6. No shipping cost refund in any case. In the event of free shipping offer, the regular shipping cost (from our warehouse to your store) will be deducted from total amount.
7. Refund will be given from your original payment method once we receive the return item(s).
8. No return for 15 days old purchase.
